Standard Shipping

For orders shipping to the United States or Europe, we offer complimentary standard shipping. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 working days from our warehouses located in the US or EU (subject to stock availability).

If your order is being shipped elsewhere or from China (when the US and EU warehouses are out of stock), shipping charges will be applied based on order size, weight, and your location. Delivery typically takes 7-15 working days, although occasional delays may occur. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing and shipping, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 1 p.m. Pacific Time will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Expedited Shipping

For orders shipping outside the US and Europe or from China (when the US and EU warehouses are out of stock), expedited shipping is available. Expedited shipping generally takes 5-10 days less than standard shipping for delivery. Shipping costs are determined by order size, weight, and your location.

Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing and shipping, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 1 p.m. Pacific Time will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Package Tracking

Once your shipping label is generated, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the tracking information to be updated.
